Choose the best place for your work –  Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will serve as the “product line champion” and being the focal point regarding our dedicated plasma protein solutions (on Atellica NEPH 630 and BNII Systems). The role requires deep market knowledge; excellent planning/execution capabilities; and a goal-oriented leader with the drive to achieve business objectives that deliver above market growth. You will utilize customer & commercial insights to lead a team of individual contributors in developing and implementing winning market strategies closely aligned with priorities across our breadth of specialty testing offerings. You will own the plasma protein products and solutions from identification of customer and market needs/wants; to concept and product development; to product launch and commercialization activities; through and including product discontinuation. You will close collaborate and provide input with R&D and commercial leaders as the product and disease state panel expert.  You will ensure effective and timely development of sales and marketing strategies for existing and future assays, software and systems. You will develop premium, competitive growth strategies and leading impactful global launches. You will foster KOL relationships, input and advocacy. You will improve salesforce effectiveness to expand product utilization and assay penetration in a customer-centric manner to achieve aligned, zone-specific targets. You will drive strategic planning initiatives and leading the implementation of a multi-year product road map. To find out more about the specific business, have a look at  Your qualifications and experience: You have a university degree – MBA or Advanced Degree (PhD, MD) are preferred. You have many years of progressive marketing and leadership experience; especially marketing planning, campaign development and execution, developing compelling sales messaging / materials and training, conducting market research, developing product portfolio strategy, driving a product line or portfolio to sales success. You have proven differentiating experiences in marketing, new product development, and new product launch expertise. Experience in specialty diagnostics and dedicated plasma protein testing is desirable. You ideally have an excellent understanding of the hospital and reference lab environment. You have demonstrated strength developing marketing talent. You have demonstrated your ability to effectively manage across the matrix in the context of a large global company.
