Your mission

  • Du erstellst und aktualisierst Excel-Tabellen zur effizienten Verfolgung und Analyse von Fördermitteln.
  • Du pflegst das Fördermittel-Trackingsystem für laufende Projekte und bereitest die Prüfung abgeschlossener Projekte durch Berichte, Präsentationen und Dokumentationen vor.
  • Du unterstützt bei digitaler Abrechnungslösungen, Audit und Compliance Vorbereitung und Durchführung.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Projekttreffen und strukturierst gemeinsam mit dem Projektleiter die Anforderungen von Stakeholdern.  
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig in der Verwaltung und Organisation von öffentlichen Fördermitteln und Zuschüssen.
Your profile

  • Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Accounting, Finance, Innovationsmanagement oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel, insbesondere in der Erstellung und Auswertung komplexer Tabellen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und legst großen Wert auf Genauigkeit und Detailtreue.
  • Du bist teamfähig und verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Du besitzt analytisches Denkvermögen und bist in der Lage, komplexe Informationen zu erfassen und aufzubereiten.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
