Wir sind ein junges, schnellwachsendes AI Startup im Marketingberreich und helfen kleinen Unternehmen sichtbar zu werden. Das tun wir durch KI-gestützte interne Produkte, die es uns ermöglichen, zu einem Bruchteil der früheren Kosten hochrelevante Anzeigen zu schalten.

Als Founders Associate spielst eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Unternehmen und hast die Möglichkeit dich interdisziplinär einzubringen, Probleme zu lösen und Prozesse aufzubauen.

Aufgaben
  • Du treibst Business-Development-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern voran.
  • Du leitest Wachstumsinitiativen, um unsere Traktion zu beschleunigen.
  • Du richtest interne Prozesse von Grund auf ein
  • Du führst Marktforschung durch, einschließlich ausführlicher Interviews mit Stakeholdern und Nutzern.
  • Du unterstützt die Finance Prozesse und mögliche Finanzierungsrunden.
  • Du arbeitest an anderen Themen, die kurzfristig auftauchen. Betrachte dich als "Feuerwehrmann/-frau", der/die dort eingesetzt wird, wo es am meisten brennt
Qualifikation
  • Du hast Erfahrung in schnelllebigen Umgebungen, z.B. in frühen Start-ups, Top-Beratungsfirmen oder im Venture Capital.
  • Du bist hoch motiviert und belastbar mit einer positiven, lösungsorientierten Einstellung.
  • Du bist intelligent und denkst zahlenorientiert.
  • Du hast großen Lern- und Wachstumsdrang und bist sehr coachbar.
  • Du bist fließend in Englisch und Deutsch.
