Deine Aufgaben
Als Technical Client Advisory Services Manager bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden in Bezug auf technische Fragen und Probleme. Du arbeitest eng mit einem globalen Team zusammen, um unseren Kunden Support auf 1st und 2nd Level zu bieten. Die Rolle beinhaltet die Übernahme verschiedener herausfordernder Aufgaben und die eigenverantwortliche Lösung dieser Aufgaben.Zu diesen Aufgaben als Technical Client Advisory Services Manager gehören:
Kundensupport: Du bist dafür verantwortlich, die Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen zu unterstützen. Dies beinhaltet die Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen, die Fehlerbehebung und die Bereitstellung von Lösungen. Problemanalyse: Du untersuchst technische Probleme und führst eine gründliche Analyse durch, um die Ursachen zu ermitteln. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um relevante Informationen zu sammeln und eine schnelle Lösung zu finden. Lösungsfindung: Basierend auf der Problemanalyse entwickelst Du Lösungen für unsere Kunden. Du stellst Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen oder Empfehlungen zur Problembehebung bereit. Eskalationsmanagement: Wenn ein Problem komplexer ist und nicht auf 1st oder 2nd Level gelöst werden kann, koordinierst Du die Eskalation des Problems an höhere Support-Ebenen oder spezialisierte Teams. Du stellst sicher, dass die Kommunikation zwischen dem Kunden und den entsprechenden Teams reibungslos verläuft. Kundenbeziehungsmanagement: Du pflegst enge Beziehungen zu den Kunden und arbeitest kontinuierlich daran, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten. Du bist proaktiv und bietest technische Beratung sowie Empfehlungen zur Optimierung der Systeme und Prozesse des Kunden. Dokumentation: Du hälst alle Kundeninteraktionen und Lösungen sorgfältig in einem Ticketsystem und unserer Wissensdatenbank fest. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Team auf bewährte Lösungen zugreifen kann und das Wissen innerhalb des Unternehmens geteilt wird.
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich IT Gutes Verständniss von grundlegenden IT Konzepten: Java, TCP/IP, Linux/Unix, Windows, Web Technology, Log file analyse, performance / connectivity troubleshooting Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Middle Office, Back Office, im Bereich FX oder Treasury sind von Vorteil Ausgeprägtes Servicesverständnis Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands On Mentalität, sowie die Fähigkeit auch unter Druck und engen Deadlines zu arbeiten Fähigkeit auch komplizierte, technische Sachverhalte, nicht technische Personen zu erklären Fließendes Deutsch und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
