Der Stelleninhaber (d/m/w) kann in einem modernen selbstorganisierten Arbeitsumfeld in Arbeitsgruppen arbeiten, innerhalb des Center and Aft Fuselage Teams für die Single Aisle (A318 / A319 / A320 / A321 / XLR) Flugzeuge  Das Team ist mit einem breiten Spektrum von Primärstrukturaktivitäten betraut, wie z. B. der Lösung von Problemen im laufenden Betrieb, Customer Service, der Unterstützung der Fertigung, der Unterstützung bei Tests und der Zertifizierung von kleineren und größeren Projekten sowie bei der zukünftigen Entwicklung des Rumpfes. Der Stelleninhaber (d/m/w) ist verantwortlich für alle strukturbezogenen Statik und F&DT Aktivitäten, einschließlich Änderungen der Rumpfverstärkung, durch die Phasen des Designs, sowie für die Nachweisführung und Zertifizierung.

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Daten für die Herstellung und Zertifizierung für SA-Programm, mit der Multi-SkillEntwicklung in Design, Project Management und statische Metallstrukturberechnung.

  • Durchführung der Nachweisführung von Metallstrukturen für inkrementelle Entwicklung und serielle Zwecke mit einer Schnittstelle und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Disziplinen wie Cabin, Customer Service. Kenntnisse über metallische Strukturberechnung und Auslegung (HSB, ESDU etc).

  • Entwicklung von Methoden, Erstellung und Pflege gemeinsamer Modelle und Datenbanken, einschließlich Toleranz- und Vordimensionierung mit Hinblick auf Primärstrukturkonstruktion

  • Verwalten von Anforderungen und Risiken, Überwachung und Kontrolle des Projektfortschritts, aufstellen und verwalten von Zeit-, Kosten- und Ressourcenmanagement

  • Managen von Unterauftragnehmern / RSP: Sicherstellen, dass das Follow-up vor Ort korrekte Informationen liefert und regelmäßig weiterverfolgt wird

  • Überprüfung und Unterzeichnung der zu erbringenden Leistungen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um den Informationsfluss sicherzustellen

  • die Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren

  • hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium

  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
