Was dich erwartet

#Führung: Du bist verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung „Strategic Projects and M&A“ bestehend aus 4 Mitarbeitenden #Koordination: Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination von strategischen und M&A Projekten innerhalb von o2 Telefónica Germany  #Projektmanagement: Dazu gehören auch die eigenverantwortliche Identifizierung, Strukturierung und Durchführung von Projekten und Initiativen sowie die Verwaltung des Projekt-Portfolios innerhalb der Abteilung und Planung der Ressourcen #Merger: Du identifizierst, prüfst und bewertest mögliche/notwendige Akquisitions- und Desinvestitionsziele zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung #Strategieentwicklung: Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung von strategischen und M&A Projekten mit hoher Relevanz für die Geschäftsentwicklung von o2 Telefónica Germany inkl. Verhandlung und Abschluss von M&A-Transaktionen unter Berücksichtigung von finanziellen, rechtlichen und betrieblichen Aspekten #Stakeholdermanagement: Du stellst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten internationalen Schnittstellen innerhalb des Telefónica S.A. Konzerns sicher #Mitarbeiterentwicklung: I nnerhalb deiner disziplinarischen Führungsrolle bist du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden innerhalb der Abteilung Strategic Projects and M&A, dabei insbesondere Coaching der eigenen Mitarbeitenden/Projektleiter:innen im Rahmen ihrer Projektarbeiten

Was du mitbringst

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes #Masterstudium der #Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder –ingenieurwesen. MBA von Vorteil Du verfügst über mindestens 7 Jahre (nach Studium) einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich #Strategie und/oder #M&A inkl. Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen #Führung und #Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Methoden der #Strategieentwicklung und Durchführung von strategischen und/oder M&A #Projekten aus der Tätigkeit in einer #Unternehmensberatung , als Inhouse Consultant/Manager, im Investment Banking, oder in einer Führungsposition in der Strategieabteilung eines Konzerns Du bringst ein breites Spektrum an fachspezifischen Kenntnissen in den Bereichen #Marketing & #Sales , #Technik und #Finance mit Du besitzt eine hohe #Transformationsstärke sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich #Unternehmensbewertung , #Finanzmodellierung und #Vertragsverhandlung Du überzeugst durch exzellente #analytische / #konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie #Durchsetzungsfähigkeit auch auf Geschäftsführerebene Du zeichnest dich aus durch #Kommunikationsstärke , #Verhandlungsgeschick und angewandtes #Konfliktmanagement  Du sprichst, schreibst und verstehst fließend #Deutsch und #Englisch
