Head of Legal & Compliance (m/w/d)

Im Zuge unserer Transformation und zur Verstärkung unserer Organisation suchen wir in Frankfurt am Main zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Legal & Compliance (m/w/d) .

 

Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten Sie

Aufbau, Betreuung und Führung der gruppenweiten Rechtsabteilung sowie Einführung eines gruppenweiten Compliance Management Systems Betreuung und Weiterenzwicklung der konzernweiten Corporate Governance in Richtung der Gesellschafter sowie Tochtergesellschaften Rechtliche Beratung bei der Durchführung gesellschaftsrechtlich und compliance- relevanter Projekte (u.a. M&A, Umstrukturierungen) Konzeption und Prüfung sämtlicher zivilrechtlicher Verträge (für Kundenprojekte, Lieferanten etc.) Agitation als Corporate Housekeeper für Dokumentenverwaltung sowie konzernweit laufender Register-, Markern- und KYC-Themen sowie als Datenschutzkoordinator  Ansprechpartner für interne Fachabteilungen sowie externe Partner bei sämtlichen rechtlichen und compliance-relevanten Thematiken Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den beratenden Rechtsanwälten:innen aus den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
 

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen

 Zwei erfolgreich abgeschlossene juristische Staatsexamina  Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Konzernumfeld idealerweise auf vergleichbarer Position Umfassende Kenntnisse im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht, im allgemeinen Vertragsrecht sowie in den Bereichen Compliance und Geheimnisschutz Kenntnisse in Datenschutz und Datensicherheit sind vorteilhaft Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ein souveränes Auftreten gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und der Fähigkeit des strukturierten, lösungsorientierten und eigenständigen Arbeitens
