Cofinity-X is a joint venture founded in 2023 by BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen, and ZF. Established by industry experts, our company is primed for growth and is intended to be further led by professionals like yourself.
Your mission- Lead the vision for the portal and marketplace, defining its strategic direction and purpose
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, UX, QA, and Customer Success, to build a product fitting all customer segments
- Create and prioritize the product backlog, based on the results of the discovery phase and open-source developments
- Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond and lead the cross-functional team of~10 colleagues
- Analyze product metrics to make informed decisions, identify areas of improvement, and measure success
- Advance the open-source strategy for the portal and contribute actively to the community
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (m/f/x) or similar role in Agile teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes, including market research, customer engagement, and usability testing
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members alike
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Bonus: Experience in the automotive industry or B2B software solutions
