Du bist ein leidenschaftlicher und erfahrener Technical Product Owner mit einem ausgeprägten Interesse daran, die Weiterentwicklung von technologiebasierten Lösungen zu steuern? Wir bei BurdaForward freuen uns, dir eine außergewöhnliche Gelegenheit zu bieten, in die Rolle eines (Senior) Technical Product Owner für unser modulares Multibrand Publishing Framework zu schlüpfen.

In dieser Schlüsselposition hast du die Möglichkeit, die Entwicklung eines hochmodernen Multibrand Publishing Frameworks zu leiten und wichtige Entscheidungen zu treffen, die die technische Richtung vorgeben. Dies ist deine Chance, an einem der strategischsten Projekte des Unternehmens mitzuarbeiten - einem Projekt, das nicht nur Veränderungen und Innovationen in unserem Unternehmen vorantreibt, sondern auch die Art und Weise beeinflusst, wie Inhalte über verschiedene Marken hinweg verwaltet und veröffentlicht werden.

Du fungierst als technischer Experte und Ansprechpartner für das Framework und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen, um die Entwicklung des Frameworks zu steuern und die Übereinstimmung mit der allgemeinen Produktstrategie sicherzustellen. Du fungierst als Brücke zwischen dem technischen Team, den Produktverantwortlichen und den Stakeholdern, indem du die geschäftlichen Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen umsetzt und umgekehrst Entwicklung und Pflege einer klaren Roadmap für die technische Entwicklung des Frameworks in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Product Ownern und anderen Stakeholdern, um Prioritäten für Funktionen und Erweiterungen zu setzen Förderung agiler Methoden und Praktiken innerhalb des Teams, Förderung eines kooperativen und iterativen Entwicklungsansatzes Identifizierung und Abschwächung technischer Risiken und proaktiver Umgang mit Herausforderungen, die während des Entwicklungsprozesses auftreten können Du hältst dich über Branchentrends und neue Technologien auf dem Laufenden, bringst innovative Ideen in das Team ein und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Fähigkeiten des Frameworks.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen...

Erfahrung (5+ Jahre) als Technical Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion, mit einem Hintergrund in Softwareentwicklung und -architektur Praktische Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung und Wartung komplexer Softwareprodukte Solide Kenntnisse agiler Methoden mit einer Erfolgsbilanz bei der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte für nichttechnische Interessengruppen zu übersetzen und umgekehrt Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit einem scharfen Blick für Details Fähigkeit, ein vielfältiges Team zu beeinflussen und auf ein gemeinsames Ziel hinzuführen Vertrautheit mit modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen und Projektmanagementsoftware Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen, dabei Fristen einzuhalten und hohe Qualitätsstandards zu wahren.
