These solutions are currently utilized by over 3200 companies, including major players in the automotive, food, water, life science, and mining industries. octoplant serves as a comprehensive and vendor-independent data management platform, offering a holistic view of all automation processes involving OT and IT. It provides users with protection against production downtime, data loss, and significantly enhances cyber security. AUVESY-MDT operates globally, with sales offices in Germany, the US, and China, and a partner network consisting of over 100 partners worldwide.

As a Revenue Operations Business Analyst at AUVESY-MDT, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our revenue operations. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring data cleanliness within Salesforce. Additionally, you will be analyzing data, identifying gaps in the revenue funnel, creating and refining processes, and monitoring KPIs.

This is a remote position within the European Union.

Your Tasks

Data Cleaning

  • Run an extensive analysis of all Salesforce fields requiring cleaning.
  • Perform and report on data cleaning activities on a regular basis.
  • Establish and enforce rules for mandatory fields in Salesforce to maintain data cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with teams to always ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Salesforce Management:
  • Utilize Salesforce to extract, analyze, and interpret data related to the revenue funnel.
  • Establish and enforce rules for mandatory fields in Salesforce to ensure data cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce capabilities.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Regularly report on sales performance, prepare analyses for regular leadership reviews (e.g. weekly Forecast, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews)
Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate existing Sales processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional-teams to investigate and resolve operational issues
Pipeline Analysis and Forecasting:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the sales pipeline, providing actionable insights into pipeline health, velocity, and risks.
  • Compile and analyze data to for accurate revenue forecasts and monitor achievement of KPIs.
Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience (at least 4 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in revenue or sales operations
  • Expertise in Salesforce and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with sales processes and revenue-related metrics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
