Process Specialist Aseptic Filling (m/w/d)
Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Sicherstellung der Herstellung der Produkte gemäß den gültigen Herstellanweisungen
Sicherstellung der Sollvorgaben (Termin, Qualität, Menge)
Unterstützung des Prozesstransfers innerhalb des Standorts in andere Produktionsbereiche
Erstellung SOPs, Sicherheitsdokumenten, MBR, etc.
Bindeglied zum MES-Team und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung des elektronischen Batchrecords für den Produktionsbereich
SME für die folgenden Bereiche:
Sterile Abfüllung
Stopfenbehandlung
Aseptische Prozesssimulation (APS)
Elektronischer Batchrecord für die Herstellprozesse
Bearbeitung von in der Routine anfallenden CAPAs und Changes gemäß dem SME Verantwortungsbereich
Mitarbeit bei Erstellung von Änderungsanträgen und Koordination der Umsetzung der Änderungen (inkl. einplanen in Produktionsablauf, schulen der Mitarbeiter)
Beurteilung des Produktionsprozesses, inkl. Untersuchung / Beurteilung von Abweichungen
Prozess-Experte für den SME Verantwortungsbereich
Erkennen / Beurteilen / Umsetzen von Verbesserungen im eigenen Produktionsprozess nach den Aspekten der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
Berufserfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie bevorzugt im Bereich der Herstellung von sterilen Arzneimitteln
Gutes technisches Verständnis
Gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Regularien
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
