Für unseren Standort in Ratingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Art Director (m/w/d) in Festanstellung im Bereich Mode, Lifestyle und Beauty.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden konzipierst du eine Bildsprache und entwickelst diese stetig weiter
  • Du transportierst die Bildkonzeption in die Studioteams und verantwortest die inhaltliche Umsetzung der visuellen Konzeption und Briefing-Anforderun
  • Du bereitest die Shootings deiner Kunden vor
  • Du begleitest und steuerst die Shootings deiner Kunden – dabei hast du das Styling und Hair & Make-Up unserer Modelle immer im Blick und nimmst parallel die Bildauswahl für deine Kunden vor
  • Du entwickelst die Style-Guides für unsere Fotoproduktionen weiter
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Agenturumfeld mit
  • Du weist Erfahrungen mit Shootings bei Fotoproduktionen on Location und im Studio im Bereich Fashion, Lifestyle und Beauty auf
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Kampagnen also auch im Umgang mit Social Media sowie E-Commerce-Content
  • Du kannst bereits erste Führungserfahrung vorweisen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch deine Konzeptions- und Beratungsstärke im Bereich Still & Moving Content aus
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes visuelles Vorstellungsvermögen und ein ästhetisches Gespür für Look & Feel und moderne Bildsprache
  • Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, kontaktfreudig und hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
