Das erwartet dich:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung „Jointing, Loadout & Service“ mit zwei Teamleitern und ca. 20 Mitarbeitern (Kabelverbindungen sowie deren Reparaturen, Kabelverladungen aufs Schiff, Offshore-Kabelverbindungen) Koordination und Überwachung von externen Serviceeinsätzen (Offshore Cable Jointing) im internationalen Umfeld Koordination der Qualifikationen der Jointer/Löter, Sicherstellung der notwendigen Zertifikate Strategische Personaleinsatzplanung entsprechend der geplanten und ungeplanten Jointing Aktivitäten, Kabelverladungen und Offshore Jointing (Neuinstallationen und Reparaturen) Übergreifende internationale Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen der Prysmian Group sowie Kunden und externen Dienstleistern Kostenstellen- und Budgetverantwortung Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung der Prozesse und Abläufe Termin- und qualitätsgerechtes sowie kostenorientiertes Handeln

Du bringst mit:

Hochschulabschluss Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Führungserfahrung Erfahrung im Projektmanagement u.a. auch auf Baustellen Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift Gutes technisches Verständnis Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP-EPR und anderen digitalen Tools Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und interkultureller Kompetenz sowie Kommunikationstalent Hohe Reisebereitschaft

Technical and disciplinary management of the “Jointing, Loadout & Service” department with two team leaders and approx. 20 employees (cable connections and their repairs, cable loading onto ships, offshore cable connections) Coordination and monitoring of external service operations (offshore cable jointing) in an international environment Coordination of the qualifications of the jointers/solderers, ensuring the necessary certificates Strategic personnel deployment planning according to planned and unplanned jointing activities, cable loading and offshore jointing (new installations and repairs) Comprehensive international collaboration with other areas of the Prysmian Group as well as customers and external service providers Cost center and budget responsibility Continuous analysis and improvement of processes and procedures Timely, quality-oriented and cost-oriented action

​You bring with you:

University degree in engineering or comparable training Leadership experience Experience in project management, including on construction sites Fluent in spoken and written English Good technical understanding Good computer skills in MS Office, SAP-EPR and other digital tools High level of care, sense of responsibility, adaptability, flexibility, reliability and intercultural competence as well as communication talent High willingness to travel
