Destination/ Roadmap You are an early talent with the personal project to kick start your career with an international assignment in a growing organization leader on its segments?Transdev Group is looking for a * Enterprise IT Architect to be based in Berlin in Germany. In Germany from 1998, Transdev is the leading private rail passenger’s operator and has helped to revitalize certain regions by deploying services that are better adapted to passengers’ needs. We operate 20 Operation & Maintenance contracts, totalizing 55 million train km for 118 million passengers per year. Responsibilities The VIE Enterprise IT Architect is responsible for:  Set up an IT Architecture strategy, maintaining and developing Enterprise Architecture Cross-linked with IT, IT-Security, GDPR and Business Process topics. Define and maintain enterprise architecture framework, standards, and guidelines. Lead evaluation and selection of new Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT architecture with organizational goals. Provide expertise on IT architecture, including technology trends and best practices. Review and assess existing IT architecture for improvement and innovation. Document IT architecture components for organization-wide understanding. Support implementation of IT security measures and GDPR compliance. Align IT architecture with business processes to enhance operations. Provide leadership and mentorship to IT teams for continuous improvement. Required Education and Experience Master’s Degree with a specialization IT Architecture Skills Strategic Thinking Analytical Skills Problem-Solving Communication Leadership Adaptability Collaboration Technical Skills (BPM tools, IT systems) Language  English full proficiency is required.
