In deiner neuen Position findest du ein breites wie herausforderndes Aufgabenfeld im MOM & PLM Umfeld vor, in das du deine Ideen, deine Expertise und deine große Erfahrung in komplexen Projekten einbringen kannst. Dabei arbeitest du stets an Themen mit direktem Kundenfokus, die von hoher Relevanz der jeweiligen Industrie und Märkte sind.

**Welche Rolle wirst du spielen?**

Es erwarten dich großartige Möglichkeiten u.a. die digitale Transformation mitzugestalten und an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft und IT Neues zu schaffen. Im MOM-Umfeld arbeitest du an Digitalisierungsprojekten und führst dabei Architekten und Consultants in interdisziplinären Teams. Du trägst mit deiner Expertise entscheidend zu deren Erfolg bei.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und der Entwicklung ist ein weiteres entscheidendes Element für den Erfolg unserer Arbeit. Du gewährleistest, dass Optimierungs-potentiale in der Durchgängigkeit der Prozesskette identifiziert, dokumentiert und an die Produktentwicklung kommuniziert werden.

In deiner Rolle als Lead
- / Enterprise Architect (w/m/d) entwickelst, etablierst und führst du ein wirkungsvolles und übergreifendes Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) bei unseren Kunden.
- Methodisch fundiert entwirfst du übergeordnete IT-Bebauungspläne und trägst somit maßgeblich zum Geschäftserfolg unserer Kunden bei.
- Du kennst und lebst die Capabilities, Rollen, Prozesse, Governance-Strukturen und stellst so die IT Kollaboration über Portfolio
- und Geschäftsbereiche hinweg sicher.
- Du definierst Standards, Leitplanken, Richtlinien für die Technologieauswahl, Schnittstellen
- und Plattformkonzepte, sowie für Applikationen und Datenflüsse für unsere Kunden.
- Du analysierst Auswirkungen strategischer Initiativen sowie Markteinflüsse im MOM-Umfeld kontinuierlich und nutzt diese bei dem Design und Umsetzung unserer Projekte.
- Du stellst transparente Kommunikation sowie die Zusammenarbeit aller Architekturrollen über Teilprojekte hinweg sicher und berätst Fach
- und Führungskräfte in IT-Architekturfragen.
- Der Fokus deiner Arbeit liegt auf dem Design, der Konzeption und der Absicherung von innovativen Lösungskonzepten rund um den Produktentstehungsprozess und der Fertigung.
- Durch die Erstellung klarer Designs und Dokumentationen in unseren EAM-Tools zeichnet du dich verantwortlich für die Transparenz und Entscheidungsfindung in funktionalen
- wie technischen Fragestellungen zur IT-, Prozess
- und Architektur-Landschaft unserer Implementierungen.
- Selbstverständlich begleiten wir dich, in einem dynamischen internationalen Umfeld, dein Wissen und deine persönlichen und fachlichen Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

**Was Du brauchst, um gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein?**
- Du hast dein Studium in Mathematik, Physik, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder in Natur
- und Ingenieurwissenschaften mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über langjährige Berufserfahrung im Industrie und/ oder Produktionsumfeld
- Du bringst bereits umfassende Erfahrung als Enterprise oder Lead Architect in einem Konzernumfeld oder in der IT-Strategieberatung mit; alternativ habst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Domain-/Solution-Architect in einem komplexen und heterogenen Umfeld.
- Außerdem hast du umfassendes Methodenwissen im Bereich Enterprise Architecture (z. B. TOGAF) und IT-Standards, auch Vorgehens-Modelle wie Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Safe, Six Sigma, DevOps etc. wendest du im Daily-Business an.
- Du hast fundiertes technisches Wissen und hattest bereits Berührungspunkte mit z.B. in C#, JS, SOA, REST, WCF, ITK, PLMXML.
- Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken (MSSQL, Oracle, etc.) runden dein technisches Profil ab.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig ebenso erfolgreich wie im Team, bringst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft mit und übernimmst gern Aufgaben auch an wechselnden Einsatzorten.
- Ein problemlösungsorientiertes und umsetzungsstarkes Mindset zeichnet Dich aus
- Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen in einem produktionskritischem Projektumfeld sowie Kenntnisse des Siemens MOM Produktportfolios
