∙ Talent Development
- Activating and Coordinating the European Talents Development Projects in alignment with the Regional Organization and
Talent Review and Corporate policies and programs.
- Evaluating and monitoring EU Talent Development Programs efficiency in relation to the organization development goals achievement
- Performance and Capabilities assessments
- Support Subsidiaries’ Organizations Talents Development plans by coaching and harmonizing.
∙ Learning & Development
- Identify Training needs basing on Organization and Talent development goals
- Prepare and implement regional learning strategies, programs and partnerships
- Monitoring the given training execution by setting proper KPIs.
∙ Employer Branding
- Design the Regional E.B. Strategy and Plan coordination with EU DX, CX and Marketing org
- Deploying the Regional E. B. strategy to subs harmonizing local initiatives and incorporating local Best practices
- Administrate Regional E.B. Platforms, Tools, Systems
∙ Change Management
- Influence and promote Diversity & Inclusion within the Organizations
- Promote RPA, A.I. and Processes Innovation within the Organizations
- Coordinate and Monitor the Employees Experience Improvement Programs with results reporting
∙ Organization Development
- Organization analysis and effectiveness: Succession Plans, Leadership Assessment, Development and coaching, Processes analysis Your qualifications
∙ Min. Bachelor’s Degree (Master Degree in Human Resources or relevant area is preferred)
∙ More than 5 years (HR function); More than 3 years (TD)
∙ Good written and verbal communication in English language
∙ Strong analytical skills and proven understanding of human capital measurement
∙ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to all levels of
an Organization including C-levels
∙ Good knowledge of E-learning platforms and Gamification practices
∙ Good Knowledge of Assessment Center
∙ Good Knowledge of Processes and Job Analysis
∙ Good knowledge of Skills Gaps measurements
∙ Good Knowledge of Coaching programs
∙ Good knowledge of Company Reputational dashboards/Indexes
