Für unser Team im Bereich Payroll suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort Leipzig einen Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit mit bis zu 80% Flexible Office Tätigkeit für die Betreuung eines überwiegend internationalen Mandantenstamms. Bei der Prüfung von Löhnen und Gehältern gehst Du die Extrameile, hast einen wachen Blick auf die relevanten Vorschriften, bist nah dran am Mandat und zeigst Wirkung. Als Professional übernimmst Du früh Verantwortung und bewegst viel.

Du bist für die termingerechte und selbständige Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen eines definierten Mandantenstammes mit nationalem und internationalem Bezug verantwortlich Du berätst unsere Mandantinnen und Mandanten in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen Du bist für die Durchführung des Melde-, Berichts-, und Bescheinigungswesens zuständig Du übernimmst die Korrespondenz mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Behörden

Nach einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung konntest Du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sammeln Deine Kenntnisse in Personalabrechnungssystemen wie DATEV, SAP etc. möchtest Du gerne gewinnbringend in unserem Unternehmen einbringen Du verfügst über mathematisches und analytisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Prozesskontrolle sowie qualitativen und quantitativen Reportwesen Erfahrungen im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung mit DATEV sowie Payzaar und internationalen Mandanten sind von Vorteil Du agierst versiert im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen, bist Excel und Controlling affin und möchtest Durch Dein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit, Teamfähigkeit und mit Deiner kundenorientierten Arbeitsweise unser Team bereichern Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und bezeichnest Dich selbst als Kommunikationstalent
