Als Projektassistenz im Team Cluster Unterweser hast Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Projektorganisation .
Du unterstützt das Projektteam bei der Planung und Durchführung von Besprechungen bzw. Veranstaltungen – auch mit externen Partnern - und kümmerst dich um deren Organisation einschließlich der Vor- und Nachbereitung. Zudem kümmerst Du Dich um die Erstellung, Nachverfolgung, sowie die korrekte Verteilung der Korrespondenz und führst entsprechende Korrespondenzlisten. Du führst das Protokoll bei Besprechungen in Deutscher und Englischer Sprache und führst und verfolgst Maßnahmen- und Tätigkeitslisten Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten und Präsentationsvorlagen Du unterstützt das Projektteam bei administrativen Themen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Dein Profil
Die Stelle erfordert eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine andere vergleichbare Qualifikation Zudem konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen aus einer vergleichbaren Position vorzugsweise in Großprojekten bzw. mit projektbezogenen Arbeitsprozessen sammeln. Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Deine P ersönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus Darüber hinaus bringst Du Organisationsgeschick und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative mit Aufgrund der internationalen Teamkonstellation , mit internationalen Partnern, bringst Du sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse , einhergehend mit einem professionellen Umgang mit internationalen Kulturen mit Abschließend bringst du Reisebereitschaft mit, für gelegentliche Dienstreisen in das In- und Ausland
