Was auf Dich zukommt:

Du verantwortest gesamte Außendarstellung von Edelman in Deutschland Dafür entwickelst Du, auf Basis des globalen Frameworks eine umfassende Kommunikations- und PR-Strategie und setzt diese eigenständig deutschen Raum um. Als Mitglied eines EMEA Marketing-Teams vertrittst Du die Interessen für den deutschen Markt und nutzt die vielfältige Teamstruktur, um Deine Ideen weiterzuentwickeln Unsere Unternehmenskommunikation liegt in deinen Händen. Du stimmst Dich eng mit dem Management und den Teams unserer Agentur ab, um immer up to date zu sein Als Networking Profi baust du kontinuierlich Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern, wie Medien und Branchenverbänden aus und nutzt diese, um Edelman strategisch zu positionieren Du hast die Entwicklung der Agenturwelt sowie aktuelle Trends im Blick, erstellst zielgerichtete Veröffentlichungen (Artikel, Statements, Interviews, etc.) und identifizierst spannende Kanäle für die interne und externe Kommunikation Die gewählten Kanäle hast Du weiter im Blick und stellst durch Monitorings sicher, dass unsere Kommunikations- und PR-Aktivitäten dort auch ihre Wirkung erzielen Als Organisationstalent bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung und Organisation von Events, Konferenzen, etc. Du übernimmst die Führung und Anleitung unserer Junioren

Was Du mitbringst:

Du hast eine Passion für das Marketing und die Unternehmenskommunikation, und konntest in den letzten 5 Jahren Erfahrungen auf Unternehmens- oder Agentur-Seite sammeln.  Du kennst die Formate, Mechanismen und Parameter unterschiedlicher Kanäle und Medien sehr gut und kannst Dein Wissen eigenständig in passende Strategien übertragen Du hast Erfahrungen im Schreiben und Optimieren von Texten für digitale und Print Plattformen Du bist eine kontaktfreudige, kommunikative Person und fühlst Dich dabei sicher in englischer sowie deutscher Sprache Dir macht es Spaß, in einem internationalen Netzwerk zu arbeiten und globale Projekte gemeinsam umzusetzen.
