We’re looking for a Senior Communications Manager Strategy & Planning to join our Global Communications Team.
In this newly created role, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Communications Strategy & Planning, you will drive the corporate communications strategy and planning to support Bauer Media’s transformation. This will include enhancing the internal understanding and external awareness of the transformation – ensuring harmonised and effective communications land with impact.
This will be a full-time, hybrid position that allows for a balance between working from home and in one of our offices in Hamburg or London. It will also involve some European travel.

Your responsibilities

Develop and maintain Bauer Media’s group-wide corporate communications strategy, working closely with the Head of Corporate Communications Strategy & Planning and other key stakeholders Oversee and coordinate the group-wide communications calendar and air traffic control in line with the strategy, thus ensuring harmonised and effective communications Identify and flag risks in the implementation of the communications strategy and planning Establish communications milestones and KPIs and develop and implement monitoring plans to evaluate and analyse communication effectiveness Identify and implement communications trends, evaluate best practices and promote knowledge transfer across the entire communications team Analyse data and implement processes to support data-driven decision-making across the entire communications team End-to-end project management 

Your profil

6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing corporate communications strategies as well as leading and delivering communications campaigns  Able to think laterally about the impact of communications Highly organised with a logical approach, great at prioritising and managing productivity  Confident communicator: able to persuade, negotiate, influence and network  Experience of transformation programmes in the media sector is desirable Office365 skills (especially MS Teams and SharePoint)  Fluent spoken and excellent written English, further languages like German or Polish are desirable
