Responsible contact for application delivery and support for domains Market and Purchasing Shape and deliver programs and Roadmaps to implement ZF´s strategy together with respective business partners Derive and manage state-of-the-art IT platform, information and solution architecture embedded in ZF´s enterprise architecture Conduct IT demand management, establish effective and efficient processes to deliver projects and IT products according to business requirements and agreed service levels Deliver required ZF Security compliance for IT solutions Manage Business Services and technical Services based on defined SLAs, provide best-in-class IT services, balancing quality and costs in alignment with business Ensure Compliance in areas of responsibility (e.g. license and software compliance) Manage the team, attract and develop key talent Manage costs and external suppliers in areas of responsibility

Experience as IT professional Leadership experience Powerful communication skills on peer level Highly analytical and at the same time very integrative personality Competent business knowledge, business empathy State-of-the-art IT technical knowledge, operational IT experience Active steering of IT Strategy
