BizLink Robotic Solutions France is the French entity of the BizLink Division, a member of the Industrial Solutions Business Unit and the Robotics Solutions Business Activity. Founded in 1984, this family business will join the BizLink Group in 2022. Originally a simple supplier of spot welding components, mainly for the automotive industry, we have become a global solutions provider.
Over 25 years of constant development have enabled us to extend our range: from manufacturing secondary cables to extruding polyurethanes (1992), then producing harnesses for robots (1994), installation (1996), maintenance (2000), off-line and on-site programming (2008), complete robot equipment (2010), R&D in the field of industrial robotics (2011), robots for medical applications such as the ORION (patient positioning) (2013).
Today, BizLink supports its customers from needs analysis through to feasibility studies, design, production, installation, services and maintenance.
As part of the metallurgy sector, BizLink designs, manufactures and markets products designed to power robotic installations. Its aim is to offer innovative products and constantly improve their quality.

Global Product Manager, Healthcare Robotics at BizLink Robotic Solutions France S.A.SWe are searching for a Global Product Manager who will be instrumental in developing and driving the product and marketing strategy for our global healthcare robotics portfolio. This role is pivotal in understanding the applications and markets, managing the product lifecycle, conceptualizing the marketing plan, providing excellent OEM marketing support, to overseeing market implementation and product evolution. Responsibilities include both ‘upstream’ and ‘downstream’ product management responsibilities, in a classic Product Manager role.
Your tasks:- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify the current situation, trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment.
Perform ongoing SWOT analysis for each product and product line. - Work in close collaboration with general management, OEMs, in-house engineering, business development and operations to align on product development and evolution, and ensure successful global market launches.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with OEM customers, end-users, and key healthcare leaders to deeply understand their challenges and desires in order to best imagine state of the art robotic solutions
- Seize ongoing educational opportunities to learn and remain up to date on target application fields (e.g interventional medicine, dermatology, particle therapy, photon radiotherapy,…)
- Be highly responsive In providing real time expert product support to OEMs and business development .
- Develop and drive optimal internet marketing campaigns via SEO, LinkedIN, Google, email, WhatsAPP, and other pertinent web platforms and tools.
- Suggest participation at key conferences which align with chosen strategic goals in new and developing markets. Represent the company and product line at pertinent medical /scientific and industry conferences and congresses, demonstrating relationship building skills, thought leadership and product expertise.
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for each product and product line that addresses medium and long-term market opportunities. Anticipate required product evolution needs based on application field knowledge.
- Collaborate on the development then oversee the execution of robust go-to-market strategies to achieve product adoption and customer satisfaction targets.
- Spearhead the creation and growth of a robust partner ecosystem to enhance market reach and drive joint solution development.
- Regularly review product performance metrics and drive the product evolution to meet changing market and business needs.
- Work closely with the R and D director and team to learn and stay up to date in technical fluency.
- Demonstrated experience in product and marketing management, in the healthcare, medical device or related technical fields.
- A successful medtech field sales track record in the EU and/or North America.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to explore and assess current market conditions and trends and translate them into successful product strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with experience directing cross-functional teams to achieve product and business goals.
- Exceptional team player with a proven track record of fostering collaborative team dynamics and contributing to a shared vision and goals.
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English required. Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Willingness to engage in international travel (~50%) as needed to meet business goals.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Driving license required (B)
