You can look forward to

Organisation of the day-to-day business of the department manager Creation and preparation of presentations Preparation and follow-up of business trips including appointment coordination, travel bookings, visa applications, travel expense reports, etc. Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal and external events Preparation of minutes Carrying out classic secretarial tasks such as material procurement, mail processing, invoice processing

You come equipped with

Several years of relevant professional experience in the assistant or secretarial field in an international company Commercial training or similar professionally qualifying qualifications Confident handling of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint German and English at a business fluent level combined with strong communication skills Planning and organisational talent, affinity for numbers, conscientiousness and a high level of service orientation
