Ihr Kompetenzbereich

Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsvorfälle bei allen Gruppen- und Unternehmensverträgen der zugeordneten International People Mobility (IPM) - Kunden; Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachabteilungen Fallabschließende Bearbeitung der Verträge und Produkte auf der Ebene Business-to-business, ggf. unter Hinzuziehung von Experten Eigenständige Übernahme von Jahresgesprächen und selbständige Nachkundenbetreuung bei ausgewählten IPM-Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Client Relationship Manager Interner Koordinator an den Schnittstellen Kunde, Account Manager, Spartenspezialist und weiteren Einheiten Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der kundenspezifischen Service Level Agreements (SLA) sowie enger Austausch mit dem Kunden und Kundenberater/Client Relationship Manager zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit (Retention) Organisation, Durchführung und Kontrolle aller Dokumentationsprozesse im Kundenverkehr, insb. Prüfung und Archivierung von Verträgen, Verlängerungsangeboten und kundenspezifischen Information Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Erstellung neuer Angebotsvorlagen und Marketingdokumente für neue Produkte Koordination von teaminternen Prozessen in enger Absprache mit der Gruppenleitung IPM

Ihr Profil

(Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Versicherungen Gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der internationalen Krankenversicherung Generalistisches Fachwissen in den relevanten Personen-Versicherungssparten Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Dienstleistungsorientierung Qualitätsbewusstsein und schnelle Reaktionszeit Sicherer Umgang in der Platzierung und Betreuung von Standard-Lösungen, Produkten und Programmen Organisationstalent und sichere Priorisierung von Aufgaben Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Vereinzelt Reisetätigkeit Gute MS Office – Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
