**Deine Aufgaben
- Global Mobility Client Administrator (w/m/d) wirst Du bei uns mit einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann:frau, Industriekaufmann:frau, Versicherungskaufmann:frau, Bürokaufmann:frau oder mit einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung.
- Bewirb Dich gerne auch mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r oder Steuerfachangestellte:r.
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrungen im Bereich der Administration sammeln.
- Du bringst Erfahrung und Freude bei der Anwendung verschiedener IT-Systeme und Tools mit.
- Als Kommunikationstalent kannst Du nicht nur die deutsche, sondern auch die englische Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift anwenden.

**Dein Profil**

Du möchtest Deine Expertise im Bereich Global Mobility Services unter Beweis stellen? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:

- Du unterstützt bei der weltweiten Mandatskoordination sowie bei der Koordination der KPMG-Beratungsleistungen.
- Du bist Ansprechperson für die Abstimmung von Autorisierungen der zu betreuenden Mandant:innen für das globale KPMG-Netzwerk.
- Du übernimmst auf Grundlage der Autorisierungen die Administration der Projektanlage in unseren Systemen.
- Die systemseitige Betreuung der entsandten Mitarbeitenden, Erstellung und Support der systemseitigen Profile der entsandten Mitarbeitenden fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- Du unterstützt bei der Beauftragung und Abrechnung innerhalb des weltweiten KPMG-Netzwerks sowie beim externen Rechnungsprozess.
- Du pflegst die Tools zur Erfassung von steuerlichen Zahlungsflüssen für die zu betreuenden Mandant:innen und deren Mitarbeitenden.
- Zudem agierst Du als administrative Unterstützung bei der Auftragsanbahnung und Auftragsanlage.
