Das ist dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die Sub-Kategorie incl. Bestandsverantwortung für eben diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf
  • Produkt-Datenverantwortung für die Sub-Kategorie
  • Verantwortung für einen passenden Produkt-/Herstellermix sowie Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung des Kernsortiments
  • Definition und Umsetzung der Strategie in der Sub-Kategorie entlang der Wertschöpfungskette (Lieferanten, Sortiment, Vertrieb, Marketing, Preis- und Margengestaltung)
  • Technische Beratung von Kunden bis hin zur Ausarbeitung von technischen Angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und dem Technischem Büro
  • Durchführung von Produktidentifizierungen und Produktauslegungen sowie die Bestimmung von Alternativprodukten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wartungs- und Servicekonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technischen Büro und der Fertigung/Instandhaltung
  • Erarbeitung, Planung und Durchführung von produktspezifischen Kampagnen sowie die Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Kampagnen und den dazu nötigen Unterlagen
  • Koordination & Umsetzung von Vertriebs- sowie Kundentrainings

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung i. S. des BBiG und eine darauf aufbauende abgeschlossene qualifizierte Weiterbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik (z. B. Meister / Fachwirt-Ausbildung IHK, staatlich geprüfter Techniker, Betriebswirt)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement eines vergleichbaren Sortiments
  • Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Erfahrungen mit der Arbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse für Produkte, Marken, Trends & Digitales
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeit gepaart mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und hohe Eigenständigkeit mit ausgeprägtem Networking
