Aufgabenbeschreibung

Als Gruppenleiter (m/w/d) sind Sie für den Bereich integrierte Monitoring-Systeme, Ermüdungsüberwachung sowie Sondermessung verantwortlich. Hierbei liegt der Fokus unter Anderem auf den Themen Software sowie IoT. Hierbei verantworten Sie die disziplinarische sowie fachliche Führung der Gruppe mit in Summe bis zu 18 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

Leitung der Gruppe mit Verantwortung für Strategie, Prozesse und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit Definition und Überwachung der Gruppenziele, inklusive Budget- und Kapazitätsplanung Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Projekte, von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Abschluss Koordination und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit firmeninternen Abteilungen und internationalen Kunden Prozessoptimierungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Fachbereich Ausbau des Geschäfts auf dem Weltmarkt durch strategische Kooperationen und innovative Technologien Sicherstellung der Kunden- und Marktnähe sowie Präsentation vor internen und externen Stakeholdern

Anforderungen

Das bringen Sie mit: 

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master/Diplom) Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik oder vergleichbar Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in Großprojekten, Anlagenservice und Produktentwicklung (Hard- und Software) Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering / System Engineering und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (SCRUM/KANBAN) Führungserfahrung (fachlich und disziplinarisch) Kenntnisse in Diagnose-, Überwachungs- sowie Projekt- und Qualitätsmanagementprozessen Ausgeprägter kaufmännischer Sachverstand und unternehmerische Denkweise Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Präsentations- und Verhandlungskompetenz (Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil) Bereitschaft und Flexibilität bezüglich kurzfristiger, mehrtägiger Dienstreisen
