Deine Hauptaufgaben:
  • Gezielte Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten auf diversen Plattformen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Strategien zur Gewinnung hochqualifizierter Talente.
  • Durchführung von Interviews und Auswahlverfahren in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen.
  • Aufbau und langfristige Pflege von Beziehungen zu Kandidaten.
Dein Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und/ oder Recruiting sind wünschenswert.
  • Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im medizinischen Bereich.
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und überzeugende Fähigkeiten, sowie ein professionelles Auftreten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent.
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Kenntnisse in L1, Landwehr (Zvoove) sind von Vorteil.
