ls Content Moderator bij Majorel zul je:
  • Door gebruikers gegenereerde meldingen evalueren die aanstootgevende of verontrustende postings markeren op basis van het beleid en de richtlijnen van onze klant
  • Controleren, blokkeren en verwijderen van content die in strijd is met de community-normen van onze klant
  • Te allen tijde een hoge standaard van nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit leveren
  • Directe invloed hebben op het terugdringen van haat, racisme, pesten, cybercriminaliteit en de verspreiding van onjuiste informatie in online ruimten
Wat wij bieden:

  • Maandelijks brutosalaris van € 2583 (gebaseerd op 40 uur per week) + extra maandelijkse individuele prestatiebonus van maximaal € 150
  • 40% ploegentoeslag voor gewerkte uren op zon- en feestdagen
  • 50% ploegentoeslag voor gewerkte uren tijdens de nachtdienst (22u tot 18u30)
Vereisten:
  • Uitstekende Nederlandse en Engelse vaardigheden
  • Een bewustzijn van culturele en sociale kwesties
  • Een verlangen om te werken in een snelle, internationale omgeving
  • Mogelijkheid om in roterende ploegen te werken (24/7)
  • EU-burgerschap of een geldige werkvergunning voor Duitsland
