Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst digitale Enterprise Service Management Lösungen auf Basis der ServiceNow Plattform und berätst unsere Kunden dazu Die Konzeption und Erstellung komplexer Lösungsarchitekturen in ServiceNow gehört zu Deinen Tätigkeiten Du führst Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen mit unseren Kunden durch Der Aufbau von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen als „Trusted Advisor“ auf allen Unternehmensebenen fällt ebenso in Deinen Verantwortungsbereich Auf der ServiceNow Plattform setzt Du eigenständige Kundenanforderungen um und erstellst User Stories Du trägst die Verantwortung für (Teil-) Projekte und steuerst die Entwicklerteams in der Konzeptions-, Umsetzungs- und Testphase Du wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsportfolios und der Methodik im ServiceNow Kontext mit Die Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs in der Presales-Phase rundet Dein Tätigkeitsprofil ab

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder über vergleichbare berufliche Erfahrung Idealerweise hast Du bereits mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung, Einführung und des Betriebs von IT Service Management bzw. Enterprise Service Management Lösungen auf Basis der ServiceNow Plattform gesammelt Du bringst Erfahrungen im Anforderungsmanagement und der eigenständigen Durchführung von Kundenworkshops mit Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der ServiceNow Plattform und deren Modulen (ITSM, HR, CSM etc.) oder weitreichendes Know-how in einem anderen Service-Management-Tool Ein breites Verständnis für typische IT-, als auch Nicht-IT-Prozesse hilft Dir im Arbeitsalltag Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie SCRUM oder DevOps sowie Zertifizierungen (z.B. ITIL, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist) sind von Vorteil Teamfähigkeit sowie eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung zählen zu Deinen Stärken Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
