ServiceNow ist immer auch ITSM, aber mehr Wert bekommen unsere Kunden durch unsere ausgesprochene Expertise in den Bereichen Customer Service, HR, GRC und Projekt
- und Portfoliomanagement Wir helfen unseren Kunden fachseitig, technisch, architekturseitig und bei Planung und Management der Projekte.

ARCHITECT SERVICENOW (M/W/D)

Aufgaben
- Als ServiceNow-Spezialist erstellst Du Architekturkonzepte für Produkt
- und Projektlösungen
- Du begleitest und gestaltest ServiceNow Projekte von Beratung, Konzeption über Implementierung bis hin zum Inlife
- Du analysierst und konzipierst fachliche Anforderungen im IT-SM, HR-, und/oder CS-Umfeld und setzt diese um
- Zur Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen für digitale Workflows führst Du Business Analysen durch
- Die Konfiguration und das Customizing von ServiceNow Modulen gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt beim Einarbeiten / Mentoring unserer Junior Consultants
- Das Steuern von (Teil-)Projekten, Stakeholdermanagement und Reporting fallen in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Unser Leistungsportfolio im Bereich ServiceNow gestaltest Du eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig mit und entwickelst dieses stetig weiter

Qualifikation
- Du bietest Berufserfahrung in IT-Architektur, Softwareentwicklung, Technologieberatung und/oder Systemintegration
- Du kennst Dich aus bzgl. gängiger Konnektoren / APIs zur Schnittstellenanbindung, hast Erfahrung mit JavaScript und Kenntnisse zu Web-Technologien und Datenbanken
- Neben den technischen Skills hast Du auch fachliche Erfahrung, optimalerweise in IT-Servicemanagement, HR und/oder CS
- Du verfügst über analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Spaß daran, Schnittstelle zwischen IT- und Fachbereich zu sein
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen mit ServiceNow mit oder bist motiviert dir ServiceNow Fähigkeiten anzueignen
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Reisen im Rahmen von Beratungsprojekten innerhalb der DACH-Region sind kein No-Go für Dich
