We are looking for a Sales Incubation Expert to join the Commercial team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Delivery Hero Europe supports foodora and Yemekseptei which consists of 9 different countries and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions. The countries you will be supporting are: Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey

Short description about the team & position 

You will be supporting the commercial vendor acquisition team and be responsible for program, manage and lead different regional work streams to optimise the new vendor experience – working with different regional functions, product managers, salesforce specialists and local sales teams on execution of planned strategies.

Your mission:

Drive new vendor performance and ensure newly onboarded vendors are generating orders 

Build successful vendor incubation teams across all markets

Develop strategies, playbooks and dashboards from scratch to strengthen the vendor incubation function 

Setting success measures and KPIs for the function and ensuring high degree of compliance

Defining policies to drive company objectives while keeping employee satisfaction and motivation levels

Building process maps, timelines, cadences and calendars for performance management

Ensuring high levels of operational compliance from vendors 

Driving self-reliance and reducing dependency on account managers


Your heroic skills:

5+ years of account management performance experience 

Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic conclusions

Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domains.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
