Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Senior Business Operations Director, Marketing and bottler to ensure that the plans can deliver and are delivering required results to achieve or exceed BP targets. 

Primary support for all initiatives activated in Germany are fully optimized, leveraging best practice execution and in-store activation, and maximizing the opportunity.

Driving all initiatives to achieve the specified KPIs, working closely with involved functions and bottler.

Work with Senior Business Operations Director & Marketing to define bottler incremental initiatives (if required) to address risks to plan and secure associated resources. 

Support execution of integrated consumer, shopper and commercial plans based on BP/System mitigation/acceleration agreement collaborating with System partners 

Support actions that drive the health of the country P&L - understand how the system P&L works and how it can be influenced. 

Identify Opportunities & Implement them 

Support identification of incremental revenue & volume, channel/customer opportunities (by country, by brand, by channel by package, by consumption occasion, by beverage category) that will enable the business to grow ahead of market and competition in the short or longer term. 

Work with networked resources (RGM, Marketing, Ecommerce, etc.) and CCEP to develop and implement programs that capitalize on identified opportunities, including definition of clear KPIs. 

Understanding the competitive landscape having an overview of implications for us and our system in the short and longer term. 

Lead Strategic Projects 

Drive and own key projects of system from TCCC side that have impact for today or tomorrow (tax implementation plans, new RTM, models, etc…) 

Collaborate with the bottler on developing plans that capture this incremental revenue and profit opportunity, at the channel/environment level. 

Requirements:

English language – fluent

Proven track record in Business Operations role

Experience in working with a bottler 

Commercial knowledge (shopper marketing, channel strategy, customer management, negotiations and local market understanding) 

Marketing skills: knowledge of brand strategy, consumer communication and marketing plans 

Proven experience at managing complex and challenging projects 

Significant experience at managing challenging relationships 

Must have strong ability to identify patterns from data and to identify drivers and conclusions. 

Solid understanding of portfolio management, identification of opportunities for growth & priority setting within expanded framework of responsibilities 

Must have strong ability to transfer strategies into execution plans 

Must have an understanding of local external business environment (government regulation, taxes, inflation, devaluation, political instability, competition and advise action plans) 

Sets an example for TCCC leadership values 

Adapts and lives in the networked way of working mindset with full collaboration 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; influential skills 

Ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working with senior leaders 

Ability to understand complex challenges & linkages and articulates into plans to drive results 

Ideally good cultural understanding of German speaking/ central European environment 

Travelling abroad requirements: Travelling will constitute 0-25% of Employee’s working time
