- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in Machine Design and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Product Design, including concept development, 3D CAD modeling, and preparation of technical drawings.
- Experience in Testing and validation of mechanical components or systems, including test planning, execution, and documentation.
- Background in Research and Development (R&D), with the ability to conduct experiments, analyze results, and implement design improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials selection, and design for manufacturability and serviceability.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with industry-standard CAD and simulation tools; knowledge of vacuum technology or related fields is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in engineering work.
