About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional German-speaking voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping next-generation AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, professional delivery, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
• Record clear, high-fidelity German voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated German speech for naturalness, accuracy, rhythm, and expressiveness
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality
• Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are
• Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native command of the language
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio work
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances consistently
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall audio clarity
• Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to evaluation tasks Nice to Have
• Experience recording for animation, e-learning, commercial, or broadcast projects
• Familiarity with audio editing software or home studio setup
• Knowledge of regional German dialects or accent variations
