We're building the infrastructure that digitises planning and permitting processes for real estate projects of every size, end to end, faster, cheaper, scalable. To do that, we combine our own architects with an external partner network and a tech and automation layer that streamlines or fully replaces a lot of manual work. What you'll do
• Bring SEO in house: You replace the current agency, audit what exists and rebuild the channel internally.
• Own organic leads: Your benchmark is inbound requests from the organic channel, measured against pipeline and revenue.
• Set the channel strategy: You decide which topic areas we go after, in what order and in what format.
• Programmatic landing pages: State times project type adds up to hundreds of pages. You build the template, the data structure and the process behind it.
• Content with substance: You translate building codes, permitting routes and real project cases into content a client understands and Google treats as authoritative.
• Technical SEO: Indexing, site structure, internal linking, load times, structured data. You push changes live yourself.
• Visibility in AI search: You make sure we show up in Google AI Overviews and in ChatGPT when someone asks about permit planning. You're a fit if you...
• have owned SEO, content or organic growth for at least three years, with a clear number on traffic and leads.
• have grown a channel from small to large and can name the figures.
• have built programmatic pages yourself, from keyword clusters through templates to indexing.
• have already moved a channel from agency to in house, or know exactly how you'd approach it.
• work independently on the technical side: CMS, HTML, a bit of Python or page builders. Changes go live without a developer.
