After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX's success story.Your seat to fill:Support evaluation and selection of suppliers to meet product, quality, cost, and delivery objectivesManage end-to-end apparel production processes, ensuring compliance with brand and technical standardsEnsure products are produced by the most suitable supplier based on time, cost, and qualityMonitor supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and build long-term, trust-based partnershipsSupport development and implementation of sourcing strategies for apparel and FMCG categories to optimize cost, quality, and lead timesNegotiate pricing, contracts, and service levels to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining product integrityCollaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other teams to align sourcing decisions with business requirementsTrack market trends, material innovations, and supply chain risks to inform strategic decisionsAct as the central point between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring transparency, proactive problem-solving, and driving effective communication and collaboration to guarantee that every product is produced "right the first time"Partner with Quality, CSR, and Compliance teams to ensure suppliers meet ethical, environmental, and social standardsYour stroll to CYBEX:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related fieldSeveral relevant years of professional experience in apparel procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, ideally within the apparel, sportswear, or FMCG industryProven track record in managing supplier networks and apparel production across multiple regionsDeep understanding of apparel manufacturing techniques, material sourcing, and production processesStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsExperienced in working cross-functionally within fast-paced, global organizationsKnowledge of PLM, ERP, and supply chain systems is highly desirableFluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plusCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
