**Your areas of responsibilities**:
- Lead creation and maintenance of initial production documents for assigned projects (Bill of Materials, Production Guide) and internal handover to relevant departments
- Assure all relevant documents are available on time, drive escalation to project manager in case of delays / issues
- Prepare & handover of production documents related supplier release forms
- Run selected Change Requests from creation, through implementation until closing independently in close alignment with project managers
- Create transparency on open Change Requests in project management department
- Support brand project managers by creating, editing and maintaining homologation related documents until handover to approval bodies
- Support brand project managers in gate documents and the lessons-learned documentation
- Support brand project managers by taking over and leading small projects
- Provide and implement ideas / options for continuous improvement of the document creation process in alignment with Senior Manager Project Management Office & Analytics and Senior Director Project Management
- Support to set up structure and efficient working framework for Project Management Office team
**Your profile of qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering or a related field
- Profound Excel and MS Office Skills
- Professional experience in business processes and willingness to drive topics forward independently
- Problem solving skills as well as structured and analytical way of thinking
- Challenging, optimizing and questioning existing processes is something you enjoy
- Your strong communication skills, especially in English, complete your profile
