Für unser Team Project & Development Services in Deutschland suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Termin als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Building Consultancy Schwerpunkt Technical Due Diligence, Projektmonitoring und Sustainability/ESG Ihre Aufgaben Nach Einarbeitung eigenständige Durchführung von TDDs für alle Nutzungsklassen (Büro, Produktion, Logistik, Hotel, Wohnen, Pflegeheime etc.Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Durchführung von Portfolio-TDDs auf nationaler und internationaler EbeneTechnische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung von Eigentümern, Investoren und MieternMitarbeit an Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchungen und Machbarkeitsstudien, z. B. für Neubauprojekte und RepositionierungenUnterstützung bei der Durchführung von Projektmonitoring bzw. BaucontrollingMitwirkung bei Sustainability - Prüfungen, Energieberatungen, Klimarisikoanalysen, ESG-Checks etc.Projektmanagement und -steuerung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten sowie MieterausbautenAufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu Investoren, Eigentümern und NutzernIhr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Architekten, Bau- oder TGA-/Versorgungsingenieur (m/w/d), alternativ Techniker oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA mit langjähriger Erfahrungrelevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bauprojektmanagement, in der Projektentwicklung, im Bereich TDD, Projektmonitoring oder NachhaltigkeitsberatungGute technische (bauliche Gewerke, TGA, Brandschutz) sowie baurechtliche Kenntnisse (u.a.
