Über den BereichFür den Bereich "ISR & Space Radar Engineering" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Technical Project Manager" (m/w/d) am Standort Ulm.Der Bereich ist verantwortlich für Design sowie Integration, Verifikation und Erprobung von luftgestützten Radaren bzw. Radarkomponenten. Ihre Aufgabe als Technical Project Manager wird es sein, ein kleines, schlagkräftiges Engineering Team zu leiten, mit den Herausforderungen erfolgreiche Abnahmen zu gewährleisten, eventuell das Design anzupassen sowie die Begleitung der Produktion einer hohen Stückzahl.Ihre AufgabenFührung des Engineering-TeamsVerantwortung für Zeit, Kosten und Qualität der Engineering-AktivitätenZusammenarbeit im Projektteam mit Projektleitung, Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement, Einkauf u. a.Durchführung von Reviews im Rahmen der internen ProzesseZusammen mit Projektleitung und Chefingenieur Schnittstelle zum KundenÜbernahme von SystementwicklungsaufgabenIhr ProfilAbgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik, Physik oder vergleichbarErfahrung im Bereich Technical ManagementErfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von TeamsErfahrung in der HF-EntwicklungErfahrung mit Radar vorteilhaftAusgeprägte Kommunikations- und TeamfähigkeitFließende Deutsch- und EnglischkenntnisseDo you want to become part of a future-oriented company?
