Key Responsibilities:Leading all communications with clients and suppliersContract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to managementCreating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients' tenders for RFI and RFQBudget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financingPrepare and submit budget quotations/tendersPrepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipmentSourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposesSkills, knowledge and expertise:Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwardingSome years' experience in project cargo freight forwarding, including breakbulk and heavy lift operationsDeep knowledge about relevant stakeholders alongthe supply chain (clients and suppliers), as well as advanced knowledge of international logistics dynamicsA team player attitude with a distinctive hands-on mentalityExcellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)Able to communicate in English and German, both written and verbalThe willingness to travel on national and international business trips What makes us the ideal choice:Afamily-owned company established in 1924, has evolved into a leading globalspecialist in project freight forwarding.
