Project Manager

Your missionAs our Software Project Manager, you will be the organizational backbone of our innovation engine. You will lead and unify a lean, cross-functional team, acting as the central hub for our software developers, a dedicated Product Owner, and our creative UX/UI designer. Your role is to orchestrate their collective talent, guiding a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge software projects from concept to completion.Your mission is to translate ambitious vision into tangible reality, creating a clear path through complexity and empowering this talented team to do their best work. This is a crucial role where your leadership will directly shape our success.Key Responsibilities:Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of five concurrent software projects from planning and initiation through to execution, monitoring, and closure.Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the Product Owner and key stakeholders.Resource Coordination: Efficiently allocate our team of six developers and one UX/UI designer across projects, ensuring optimal workload distribution and productivity.Agile Process Facilitation: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure a smooth and predictable development cycle.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication. Provide clear and regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders.Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and impediments.
