DescriptionDiscover your exciting roleThe Senior Expert Project Management (m/f/d) is responsible for onboarding and training Exyte employees on the Corporate Project Management system, while developing, implementing, and monitoring dedicated PM procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across projects.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesContribute to implementing the Exyte Way within the Corporate Operational Excellence function.Develop, review, refine, and implement Project Management procedures across projects.Create and deliver Project Management training materials for assigned project team members.Communicate and monitor the application of Project Management methods and tools within project teams.Act as the primary contact for continuous improvement and optimization of Project Management tools and their application.Maintain and regularly update all training materials related to Project Management tools.Show your expertiseMaster's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Project Management.10+ years' experience in Project Management (construction management is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Fluency in English.Flexibility for short-term international assignments.Strong leadership qualities and proven coaching skills.Ability to embrace and promote Project Management processes.Contact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
