As a Senior Expert (m/f/d) Corporate Controlling at Exyte, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's financials. This position involves a dynamic combination of financial oversight, and strategic planning. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Controlling, supporting high-level decision-making processes.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Drive KPI reporting enhancements and conduct in-depth financial analyses for management.
  • Manage end-to-end financial processes including month-end and year-end closings, along with detailed budgeting and forecasting.
  • Serve as a primary contact for senior management, providing guidance on financial queries and controlling processes.
  • Support in optimizing and harmonizing financial strategies across the group.
  • Enhance financial reporting systems and processes, participate in ESG initiatives, and support the integration of new acquisitions.
  • Ensure high standards in project reporting through rigorous evaluation and control checks, contributing to overall strategic decision-making.

Show Your Expertise

  • Several years of experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally in international industrial settings.
  • Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, BI tools, and financial modelling techniques.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a keen aptitude for building complex financial models and conducting detailed financial analysis.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and organization, with a solid understanding of financial processes, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively across various levels of the organization.
