DescriptionDiscover your exciting roleAs a Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) in Procurement & Subcontract Management, you will be responsible for technically demanding work packages from contract award to project completion. Your tasks include monitoring and progress control of subcontractor performance, change order and change management, as well as claim management. Become part of a diverse and international team and shape the future with usExplore your tasks and responsibilitiesMonitoring and progress control of subcontractor performanceCommercial handling of subcontractor claimsSupplement and change management to/from subcontractorsClaim management in close cooperation with contract managementMinimizing risks that may arise from subcontractor delays through proactive planning and communicationNegotiating contract conclusionsClose cooperation with engineering, design, quality management, planning, and project management to ensure smooth project executionContinuous improvement management through regular feedback and implementation of lessons learnedRegular reporting to the Project Procurement ManagerShow your expertiseCompleted degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldSeveral years' experience in project management in large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or plant engineering industryKnowledge of handling contracts in accordance with VOB, BGB or HOAI is an advantages Proficient in both English and German, spoken and writtenFlexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with on-site work depending on the project phaseDecisiveness, openness to change, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented working styleWhat we offer youAre you looking for challenging projects?
