And this is why we invest so much energy in helping our employees hone and expand their skills.Working for Linxens means investing in your future.Our growth is creating great opportunitiesHere is a description of the role we are opening:Key ResponsibilitiesManage IoT projects and customer opportunities from initiation to industrialization (end-to-end ownership)Translate customer and partner requirements into actionable project plansLead cross-functional project teams (typically 2-8 members) using Agile methodologiesManage suppliers, EMS partners, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on logistics, quality, and timingOversee both technical and commercial aspects of projects, including customer proposals, quotations, and approvalsEnsure the seamless integration of hardware, embedded software, and platform componentsDefine and execute make-or-buy strategies to optimize project deliveryCollaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams across all sitesMonitor project KPIs, budgets, risks, and resource allocationsDrive project profitability and support identification of new business opportunitiesEnsure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment across all involved partiesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in Project Management, Business Delivery, or Product Development within IoT, embedded systems, or related industriesStrong commercial acumen with experience managing customers and business partnersPractical experience working with suppliers, EMS, and supply chain partnersSolid understanding of hardware development, embedded software, and IoT platform architecturesExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsStructured, proactive, and collaborative working styleFluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German or French) are a plusIf you like having an impact on wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with usLINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
