These companies manage complex, high-impact projects that rely on strong administrative and office support to ensure smooth coordination, compliance, and day-to-day efficiency.Function descriptionWe are building an Admin & Office Talent Pool to support upcoming projects starting in 2026, and we're actively seeking freelance, interim, and permanent candidates for a wide range of administrative and office-based roles. These roles are essential to the smooth operation of complex projects in the offshore, maritime, and energy sectors. We are looking for professionals to fill roles such as:Administrative Assistants - Provide general office support, manage documentation, schedule meetings, and assist with internal communications.Office Managers - Oversee daily office operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.Project Administrators - Support project teams with documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments.Document Controllers - Manage technical and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance.Receptionists - Serve as the first point of contact, manage front desk operations, and assist with visitor coordination.Planning coordinators - Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely coordination across teams and resources.RequirementsHave a solid background in administrative or office support roles.Have experience in the offshore, maritime, energy, or civil industries (a plus, not a must).Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.Are proactive and enjoy supporting multidisciplinary teams.Dutch fluency preferred; English required.Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship.
