Function descriptionWe are building a Finance Talent Pool to support upcoming projects starting in 2026. This initiative is aimed at identifying professionals with strong financial expertise and a passion for working in technically advanced industries. We are seeking freelance, interim, and permanent candidates for roles such as:Finance Assistants - Support day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a proactive mindset.Project Controllers - Oversee financial performance of large-scale engineering projects, ensuring budget adherence and risk management.Financial Analysts - Provide insights into cost structures, investment strategies, and financial forecasting for technical operations.Business Controllers - Support strategic decision-making through financial planning and performance analysis.Cost Engineers - Work closely with engineering teams to estimate, monitor, and optimize project costs.Finance Managers - Lead financial operations, reporting, and compliance within dynamic project environments.RequirementsSolid background in finance and relevant expertise in any of the above technical fields.Have experience in the offshore, maritime, energy, or civil industries (a plus, not a must).Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.Dutch fluency preferred; English required.Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship.
