In einem internationalen Umfeld agieren Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Betrieb und Einkauf - immer mit Blick auf Qualität, Termintreue und Versorgungssicherheit.So tragen Sie zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg beiBeschaffungsstrategie: Umsetzung von Ausschreibungen und Sourcing-Initiativen in Einklang mit der übergeordneten Kategoriestrategie.Lieferantenmanagement: Steuerung bestehender Lieferanten und Integration neuer Partner, insbesondere im Bereich mechanischer oder elektronischer Komponenten.Kostenoptimierung: Sicherstellung des wirtschaftlichen Gleichgewichts zwischen Beschaffungskosten und Lieferservice (OTIF).Vertragskoordination: Planung von Lieferkapazitäten sowie Vertragsprüfung in Abstimmung mit F&E, Betrieb und Recht.Produkttransfer: Verantwortung für alle beschaffungsrelevanten Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Neueinführungen, Design Transfers und Lifecycle-Projekten.E-Sourcing-Kompetenz: Anwendung moderner Beschaffungstools wie RfI, RfQ und RfP zur effizienten Lieferantenauswahl und -einbindung.Risikoprävention: Identifikation potenzieller Störungen in der Lieferkette und Einleitung präventiver Maßnahmen.Stakeholderabstimmung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration neuer Materialien.Das bringen Sie mitQualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf oder der Supply Chain, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.Verhandlungsgeschick: Sicherer Umgang mit E-Sourcing-Tools und Lieferantengesprächen.Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.Arbeitsstil: Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.Mobilität: Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Lieferantenbesuchen.Was wir bietenAttraktive Konditionen: Freuen Sie sich auf eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle bei BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING in Ludwigsburg mit einer Vergütung, die Ihre Expertise würdigt.Internationales Umfeld: Sie arbeiten in einem globalen Netzwerk und koordinieren internationale Partner.Dynamisches Team: Werden Sie Teil eines Teams, das Wert auf persönliches Wachstum und eine Kultur der Unterstützung und Förderung legt.
