Activities Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagers bei Prozessen und der Teamleitung Sicherstellung von Qualitätsberichten und Kennzahlenkommunikation Koordination qualitätsrelevanter Aufgaben und Risikobewertungen Einrichtung digitaler Tools und Schulung des Projektteams Prüfung von Lieferantendokumenten und Inspektionskoordination Bearbeitung von Abweichungen sowie Analyse der Ursachen Erstellung von KPIs und Pflege der Qualitätsdokumentation Implementierung von Verbesserungen und internen Reviews Candidate Profile Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Offshore-Wind oder in einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld Fundierte Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Qualitätssicherung Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Projektverantwortung und selbstorganisierten Arbeitsweise Strukturierte, analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Beobachtungsgabe Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit Hohes Organisationsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Zeitmanagement- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools Erfahrung in Großprojekten im Energiesektor sowie im Umgang mit Partnern und Behörden Teamfähigkeit und Kooperationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil Additional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.Apply Facebook Email X LinkedIn < Wir bieten: Attraktive Vergütung Zukunftssicherer und moderner Arbeitsplatz Urlaubsgeld 13.
